HealthMotivate Care is Now Accepting New Patients!

We’re excited to announce that HealthMotivate Care is accepting new patients once again! In our commitment to providing high quality care, we’ve expanded our availability.

Laurie Edinger, ARNP, is now seeing patients Tuesday through Thursday. In addition, she and Dr. Spady will be providing shared medical appointment times twice a week. These uniquely personal and supportive group-style appointments allow patients to benefit from both individualized care and the valuable insights of peer support in a shared, confidential setting.
