We are happy to announce that Dave's photo was chosen for the gardening Healthy Living submission. Dave included a description for his photo, "Onions, leeks and garlic growing in sand over last years compost pile. Compost heating is about the only way to keep the soil temperature above 50oF at night early in the year before the summer heat and low humidity become limiting."
