Lifestyle Classes Supporting Real Behavior Change
Our very first group meetings begin February 1st and run six weeks with a lineup of presenters from a variety of health and wellness backgrounds. If you are an established patient please speak to your provider about joining this first session. In the future, we will be opening up these visits to the wider community. Together we will learn about:

Reaching and maintaining optimal weight
Moving more
Lowering blood pressure
Lowering cholesterol levels
Improving sleep patterns
